European Union observers Ildiko Kosztolni and Juan Ribó Chalmeta monitor the electoral process in Kairouan city.
Following the invitation from the Tunisia interim government, the European Union established an Election Observation Mission to monitor the upcoming elections for a Constituent Assembly scheduled on October 23rd, 2011.
