A Burmese woman rides a bicycle on a path bordering the Inle lake.
The villages are built bordering or in the middle of the lake, surrounded of floating gardens of extraordinary fertility. Several markets are held in the lake.
The fishermen are known for their technique of rowing wrapping one of the legs around the oar to relieve and free arms for fishing.
