Deployment of the European Union Short Term Observers.
Mali's presidential election will go to a second round on 11 August 2013.
The European Union, in response to an invitation by the authorities of the Malian Republic, is deploying a mission to observe the Presidential Election on 28th of July and 11th of August 2013.
