European Union Chief Observer Louis Michel meets Bert Koenders, UN Secretary General's representative in Mali and head of MINUSMA.
At the request of the Malian authorities, the European Union had deployed an election observation mission for the legislative elections scheduled for 15th December 2013 in Mali.
