The European Commission stores in the basement of its headquarters in Brussels hundreds of gifts received by the commissioners from companies, governments and individuals.
Members of the European Commission are required to report and not to accept any gift worth more than 150 Euro.
Several gifts that the commissioners don't accept are made available to charities that sell them at the Brussels flea market to fund charity projects and fight against poverty.
